Bill is so much a part of my treasured early family memories when the cousins spent so much time together - from the farm in Algoma to the farm in Little Chute and then off to the Pickerel and Lily area. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was a good man. God bless you and your family Carol. - Mary Ann and Lloyd Welch
We are so sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I remember how funny he was and what a sense of humor he had. I'll miss my cousin, but have good memories of the times we shared. He shared his talents with so many and did so much to help others. Love to you Carol, and your family. Nancy and Ron VerKuuilen
Sending this with much sadness. Bill was one of a kind, best friend to Roy. Always there to help and always ready to have a good time. A very special friend to both of us. With much sympathy and love.
