I was so privileged to be able to care for "nora" .As it turns out i was fortunate enough to have supper with her the night before she passed we had her holding another residents baby doll and she sat so quietly ate her supper and drank everything we talked about her as a youngster growing up,farming, her husband, kids ,and frannie and how much she loved her ,and the family she had ,it was by far the most rewarding part of my day i learned so much in such a short time ,i will truly miss her mile wide smile her infectious laugh, she truly was a wonderful lady to have had the honor of taking care and being taught several things while she was by us at parkside care center i will miss you "nora" i now have one more shining star shinning down on me my sympathies to the family during this difficult time

I was so proud to be named after one of my favorite aunts. She was always such a kind sweet lady. I'll always remember her as no one could make poppyseed cake as good as hers. I will also miss visiting in her earlier years. She had so many stories.

S Sandy (Grall) Ziesemer on Oct 1, 2012

Have many memories of the Zimmerman family from neighborhood weddings, bus rides to and from school, and more recently when your mom resided in the Stationhouse Apts and was a neighbor of my mom, Irene Grall. She was a feisty lady and may great memories bring smiles ...I know she could be a story teller.
