I worked with Larry at Kohl's Warehouse for 6 years and then went onto Teamster's Local 200 as President and Sec. Treasurer. I will always remember Larry as a good union member and I still remember him telling me how he would love to move up north and how much he loved it there. He was a great guy and will be missed by all.
I have been fortunate to have met a lot of special people in my life. Four of those special people are Larry, Judy, Brian, and Brent. Just knowing them and being a part of their lives has made me a better person. I will always regret not being able to say good bye to Larry and Brain and to tell them how much they have meant to me.
I worked with Larry at Kohl's since 1971. He was a very nice guy and nice to work with.. Had some good memories with Larry in the warehouse. You have my condolences
Just a few of my many memories - riding in Larry's brand new 1965, dark gray Pontiac GTO convertible at about 100mph - with no seat belts! He said GTO meant Go To Ohio. We got stuck on Puckaway in the dark, in a thunderstorm, in a rowboat - very scary. Capturing turtles on Puckaway, painting names on them and releasing them for next year. Hunting our first deer hunt together in Jackson marsh and Larry shot a big doe. Deer Hunting in Antigo with Larry and Jeff - on a slow walk with Larry in the center - all at once Larry starts shooting and Jeff and I can't see what he was shooting at - when the smoke cleared he had shot three deer - he was and always will be the best shot, the best hunter, the best brother.
I went to school with Judy and met Larry through our snowmobile club, had many good times, snowmobiling with them and visiting with them over the years, we were supposed to go out to eat with them last week, and it was put on hold because Larry was not feeling well. Wish we could made it. He will be missed by all.
I worked with Larry for about 26yrs at kohl's,he was a very quiet guy,but Larry had a great sense of humor.I also went to school with Bill,at BROWN DEER GRADE SCHOOL 1964.Larry will be missed!
Larry had a wonderful sense of humor, he was always smiling. He was a great father and grandfather. I will miss Larry very much.
Larry was a classmate of mine. We went to elemetary and high school and graduated from Granville High School in 1960 in Brown Deer. We were planning on having a reunion up by Larry this August. We were all looking so forward to seeing him again. We will all miss seeing him.
