Mary Ann Kekula, of Antigo, died Friday, November 4, 2011 at Langlade Hospital under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 87 years old. She was born on September 28, 1924 in Antigo, a daughter of George and Mary (Jossie) Servi. She married Frank Kekula on June 23, 1945 at St. John Catholic Church. He survives.

She was a member of St. John Catholic Parish, a trustee for National Mutual Benefit and owned and operated along with her husband Kekula Vending Service until 1987.

She enjoyed sewing, gardening, knitting and crocheting.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna (Ron) Wolf of Antigo and Joann (Jerry) Kekula-Grosskopf of Bowler; a son, Richard (Cindi) Kekula of Merrimac; daughter-in-law, Carol Kekula, Green Bay; 10 grandchildren, Bobbi Lynn (Joe) Ashbeck, Krystal Kekula, Ryan Kekula, Leah Kekula, Richard (Angela) Wolf, Stephanie Wolf, Jenna Kekula, Sara Kekula, Alisa Kekula and Everett Grosskopf; 3 great-grandchildren, Joey Gilson, Isabella Anderson and Allison Ashbeck; 2 sisters, Marjorie Fischer of Kaukauna and Luella (Conrad) Adamski of Antigo; and 2 brothers, Clarence (Alice) Servi of Racine and Leon Servi of Antigo.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Kekula, grandchildren, Mark and Eric Wolf; 3 sisters, Hilda Wolters, Louise Halembeck and Laneh Servi and 4 brothers, Fred, George, Bernard and Alvin.

A funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 10:30 AM at St. John Catholic Church with Rev. Charles Hoffmann officiating. Burial will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 - 5 PM on Sunday and 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM on Monday at the Bradley Funeral Home. A parish wake service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday.
