Jeanette Reeves, of Antigo, died on August 9, 2023 at her home. She was 80 years old. She was born on August 7, 1943 in Merrill, a daughter of the late Otto and Edna Wegner. She married Melvin "Earl" Reeves on July 28, 1984 at Wild Wood Chapel in Doering. He preceded her in death on October 21, 2004.
She retired from Lincoln Wood Products in Merrill after 19 years of employment as a secretary. In 1992 she moved to Pickerel and later to Antigo.
Jeanette loved fishing and her family.
Survivors include two sons, Tim (Krystal) Fry of White Lake and Todd (Chris) Fry of Wausau; step-daughter, Sarah Krause of Weston; step-son, Adam Reeves of Kaukauna; seven grandchildren, Alexandra Reeves, Devin, Kaylee, Alyssa, and Jason Fry, Christopher and Breyonna Monson; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Jimmy and a grandson, Anthony Taggert.

Dear friends and family of Jeannette. Ronnie and I are very sorry for your loss. We enjoyed visiting her from time to time, and listening to her laugh. She was a good friend. We will miss her.
