Rodney "Hot Rod" Bierman, age 56 of White Lake, died peacefully at his home on June 23, 2023. He was born on April 13, 1967 in Antigo, a son of Mary (Wickersheim) Bierman of Bryant and the late Allen Bierman.

Rod attended Bowler High School. He was a logger for many years prior to his logging accident. His love for the outdoors never faded.

The love Rod had for his family was endless. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, nieces, nephew, great nieces and great nephews.

He was a fan of Alan Jackson, Ford, and Looney Toons. He enjoyed mowing his lawn and everyone else's and plowing snow in the winter.

Survivors include his mother, Mary; son, Zachary (Audra) Bierman of Shawano; granddaughters, Destinee and Bella Bierman; two brothers, Todd (Cassie) Bierman of Bowler and Dean Bierman; a sister, Barbara Beckingham of Bryant; nieces and nephew, Amber (TJ) Ganzel, Ashley Johnson, Tara Bierman, Tyler (Brittney) Bierman, Whitney (Brandon) Tegen, Brittany Beckingham, Mackenzie (Zach Raab) Beckingham, Lexy Beckingham; great-nieces and nephews, Matthew Johnson, Colton Ganzel, Oakland "Oaky" and Ryland "Ryla" Tegen, Emersyn "Emmy Lou" Raab; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Lee Bierman.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 29 at 12 p.m. at Four Corners Assembly of God with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 28 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home and Thursday at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of service.

Rodney lived across the road from our family home. I come up on the weekends to do yard work and Rodney would come over on his lawnmower to visit with me a couple times each day. He would tell me how many deer he saw in the field and talk about the woods and the trees. When I would visit his yard he would tell me what the birds were up to and he was so proud of his beautifully mowed lawn. He often told me the flowers I planted were for the Lord to enjoy.

My father lives across the street from Rodney. I laughed where his obituary mentions he enjoyed mowing his lawn & everyone else’s! That he did! He was very friendly & always stopped to visit when he saw a crowd across the street. Thoughts & prayers to his family and friends at this difficult time.
