Sandy and family, I want to express my sincere condolences to all of you during what I know is a very difficult time. I am stunned by his passing I also held John in high regard since I was young, always looked up to him. Really enjoyed the times when we would come from wherever we were stationed or living and spend time up there with family; as years went by the time between visits became many years but all of you were never far from my heart and prayers. I really am at a loss for what to say other then I will be thinking of you, your family and John.

Sending our deepest sympathy to the families.
Ozzzie was quite a guy, always a big smile. When I started working at County Kitchen back when it opened… the GTE gang started coming in for their morning coffee. What a group…Seidel,Mac,Skinner & Ozzie maybe a couple more. I’m sure they were testing me to see if I could take their ribbing ❤️ they were my morning regulars full of all kinds of tricks & fun. Little did they know this little senior in high school with good Steger blood was willing to give it back 🤭 sometimes I even had to pay their coffee & toast bill. Years later Ozzie told me they had the little numbers game they used to play all figured out before they came in so I had to pay the bill… what a crew… good memories. Sending hugs to all.
Sandy and families, our sincere condolences are with you at this very sad time of John's passing. With sympathy and hugs, Barb & Jim Honzik

Sandy, family and friends---- It is with great sadness that we read about John's death. We will always remember his friendliness and happiness that he displayed. Even though he was a better pickleball player than me, Jeanne, he'd willingly accept me as a partner. That's just how sweet he was Fond memories. God's blessings and peace to all.
