I'll never forget the first time I met Rana. She came down to visit Renee in New Mexico and my husband, Adam, and I went out to Applebee's with the two of them. Adam and Rana both ordered a burger only Adam's was spicy and the server switched the burgers. Adam ate his wondering where the spice was and Rana tried a few bites trying to get through the spice. She ended up giving into the spicy burger. The bad experiences always make for great stories. Thanks Rana for a very memorable first meeting. Standing up in Renee's wedding with Rana was a joyous occassion and I'm so glad I got to do it. Thank you Rana. I will miss you.

I meet Rana, when she was dating my nephew Andy and I got to know her when he was in the hospital. Rana was a kind and nice person. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. And for the little one too.

I will pray that the Lord helps you get through this and that you can somehow be comforted knowing that they are in the arms of Jesus now. It is only us left behind that mourn, for they are in a glorious place, and one day you shall be together again!

Dear family of Rana and Payge,
Rana was such a sweet and kind student when she was in my 6th grade class at Peace Lutheran School. She was always willing to lend a hand and would bring a smile to my face. Her passing (and her daughter's) saddens me greatly, but I also know that Jesus has welcomed these two dear ones into His heavenly kingdom. May God grant you peace and comfort through this sad time. She was a very special person! She had a way to make everyone around her smile by doing something so simple. She was a great friend to us, and there whenever we needed her.
One of my many favorite memories with her, was just sitting on the couch at the house we lived in together. In our fuzzy pajamas under blankets watching movies on weekends...We talked about everything and it was so nice to be that close with someone. She was a very special friend and has had and will always have a spot in my heart forever! I have so many more memories with her. I could go on forever! She definitely had a big impact on my life and I know I wouldn't be who I am today without her. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all!

She made me smile every day at work the silly face she would make at me always brightened my day. She was always there if you needed to laugh our cry.
