Dave, We met as co-workers and turned it into good friendship. We had some great camping trips with the gang from the office. Ollie and Mya gave you the entertainemnt you needed. May God Bless you and your family. I will cherish the good times we had. Your Friend Jim from Louisiana

Uncle Dave from the day I met you, you treated me like family. You took me out and always showed me a good time. There are no words to describe what you mean to me, I will always miss you and our children will always know about their great uncle Dave and the legacy you left.

CandleUncle Dave, there are too many things that I will miss about you to name them all. There was just so many things about you that were amazing. I have the most wonderful memories of you, your smile, your laugh and just how outrageous you could be! From my cricket house, to a roll of paper towels with money taped inside, the songs you would sing or the silly dances you had. Dave, you truly were one of the most amazing, beautiful people I have ever known. In your honor, I have been working very hard with Bailey and Matt on Little Red Caboose. You would be so pleased to know, they both are huge fans of the "toot toot" at the end. In all honesty, no one will ever sing that song like you, or dance a soft shoe. We all love you so much, and though my heart is aching now for not getting a chance to have said all this to you directly, I know you are in heaven looking down on us and wouldn't want us to be filled with tears, but to celebrate your life. To think of all the great times we had, which were ever time we were together, and smile. So for you Uncle Dave, I celebrate the beautiful person, the outrageous person, the wonderful uncle, brother, son, friend and man you are. Thank you for being an example to us all on how to live life to the fullest, you will always be in my heart.

Butts, everytime I have a shot of Dr. McGuillicuddy's; I will think of you. Our morning breakfast runs to Bob and Joni's for coffee and a "shot from the doctor." I miss you, but I'm happy you're at peace now. Jay

Dave, we will all miss you. When I first became a part of the family, I thought the Buettner clan was a "bit strange." Your laughter, smile and love for everyone will be missed. Our trips to Florida have given me great memories of you forever! My job now is to comfort Charlene and rest of your family. God be with you!
