Willard O. Jensen, (Flag Emblem) of Antigo, died Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Langlade Hospital. He was 73 years old. He was born on August 6, 1937 in Gary, IN a son of the late Willard and Elizabeth (Matson) Jensen.
He served in the United States Navy from August 11, 1954 to October 1, 1954.
Survivors include a son, Robert (Ruth) Ward, Pulaski; four grandchildren, Tanya (Brian) Sheedy; Amanda Lewis, Gerald (Nicole) Lewis and Troy Ward; seven great grandchildren, Nathan, Katelyn, Alyssa, Lillyan, Jaden, Gerald Jr. and Skylynn; two brothers, Robert (Beverly) Jensen, Aniwa and Lew Jensen, Antigo; and many nieces and nephews including, Karla Jensen.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Reverend Charles Strong officiating. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery with Antigo veterans conducting military rites. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 - 11 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home.
