Duane Edward Hoerman, of Bryant, died Friday, December 11, 2020, at his home under the care of his family and LeRoyer Hospice. He was 66 years old. He was born on June 9, 1954, in Antigo, a son of Edward and Donna (Raab) Hoerman. He married Beth Ann Schroepfer on February 14, 1976, at St. John Catholic Church in Antigo.
He was a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1972.
Duane worked at Baginski Farms in his youth and through high school. He worked for John and Lee Hafner Seed Farms, Krueger and Steinfest, Duffeks, Payne and Dolan, Karls Transport, and Mattek Farms.
In his retirement, he enjoyed his "bucket list" pontoon, finally getting to drive a big tractor and the poodle pack.
Survivors include a son, Ross Daniel Hoerman; a daughter, Rachel Beth Hoerman; a sister, Karen Hoerman of Antigo; two brothers-in-law, Tim Spurgeon of Antigo and Michael Breitenfeldt of Antigo.
He was preceded in death by his son, Ryan Duane John Hoerman; sisters, Denise "Dino" Hoerman, Deb Spurgeon, and Lori Breitenfeldt.
Following Duane's wishes, no services will be held.
