Margaret "Peg" Doucette passed away peacefully on November 7, 2019, after a nine month battle with lung cancer. She was 79 years old.
Peg was Born September 18, 1940 in Milwaukee, to Felix and Margaret (Johnson) Sikora. She moved to the Neva area with her family as a child.
She was a graduate of Antigo High School in 1958.
She was united in marriage to Loren Doucette on October 11th, 1958 at St.Mary Catholic Church in Antigo. He survives.
Peg enjoyed attending school and sporting events for her children, grandchildren an great grandchildren. She enjoyed working with her patio garden and flower beds. She was a member of SS Mary and Hyacinth Catholic Church.
She was a long time employee of Sheldon's in Antigo working to produce Mepps lures for over 52 years. The first 17 years, Peg worked tying squirrel and deer hair to Mepps lures as a home tier. After the kids grew up and left home, she accepted a job at the company's headquarters in Antigo where she worked for the next 35 years. She made many good friends at work and enjoyed teaching people to "tie flies" and working with the home tiers.
In addition to her husband Peg is survived by her children Mark (Karen) Doucette, Ringle, Gina (Pete) Schroeder, Antigo and Lori (Scott) Wright, Deerbrook; four brothers Ed (friend Helen) Sikora, Antigo, Paul (Audrey) Sikora, Wittenberg, Tom (Bev) Sikora Neva, and Dick (Sharon) Sikora Clearwater, Florida; six grandchildren Lynnsey (Ryan), Courtney (Nathan), Taylor (Amanda), Reed (friend Becca), Eric (Theresa) and Andy (friend Erin) and ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son Steven, twin infant siblings Larry and Mary, and two brothers Jim and Charlie Sikora.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.

What a great lady to work with for many years! Dedicated, pleasant, and conscientious.
