Harold Behm, of Stevens Point, died Sunday, March 6, 2011 at Stevens Point Care Center. He was 80 years old. He was born on April 9, 1930 in Antigo a son of the late John and Sophie (Verhasselt) Behm. He married Marjorie Armstrong. The couple later divorced. He then married Marlene Zdroik. She preceded him in death in 2008.
He was a graduated of Antigo High School and served in the United States Army. Mr. Behm was a carpenter and member of the Carpenters Union. In his retirement years he enjoyed helping out at RJ Hilger & Sons, Antigo.
He enjoyed watching NASCAR, and Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewer games.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda (Art) Tatro, Antigo and Kathy (Lance) DornBrook, Milwaukee; a son, Jeff (Jennifer) Behm, Antigo; five grandchildren, Brandon (Kelly) Tatro, Lucas (Jen) Behm, Brooke Behm, Logan (Julie) Behm and Bowen (special friend Sami Froze) DornBrook; five great-grandchildren, Gage and Ava Tatro and Dawson, Sawyer and Ellison Behm; and two brothers, Donald (Nancy) Behm, FL and LeRoy Behm, Wausau.
In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Gnat and Helen Behm in infancy; and three brothers, Richard, John Jr. and James in infancy.
A funeral service will be held on Friday at 6:30 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery in Phlox in spring. Visitation will be Friday from 4 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
The family extends a special thank you to Pat and Don Lillyquest, Stevens Point Care Center and Ministry Home Care Hospice for the wonderful care given to Harold.

I remember when we went to Diane's wedding and I was sitting behind your father in the car.
He actually had a red neck, I thought it was the coolest thing I had ever seen! He even danced with me(of course I had to stand on his feet).
He was very kind to me and I'll never forget that.
I wish we could have seen him more often. My heartfelt condolences to all of you.
