Julia Budd, of White Lake, died Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. She was 77 years old. She was born on August 27, 1932 in Langlade, a daughter of Edwin and Alice (Dodge) Skic. She married Richard Budd on May 8, 1954 at St.Stanislaus Catholic Church inLanglade. He preceded her in death on November 21, 1987.
She was a graduate of White Lake High School class of 1950.
She worked at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory in Antigo stitching shoes for nine years. She enjoyed her family, watching her grandchildren, babysitting, quilting and her dogs Brutus and Champ. Mrs. Budd was a member of St. James and Stanislaus Catholic Parish in White Lake and Langlade.
Survivors include four daughters Sandra (Randy) Harwood, Oshkosh, Barbara Hill (Jeff Main), Oshkosh, Karen (Vince) Kramer, White Lake, Janet Budd (Darren Stahl), Oshkosh; two sons Richard (Evelyn) Budd, White Lake, Gerald (Julie) Budd, Appleton; a foster daughter Tammy (Wally) Holder, Lake Geneva, a foster son Thomas (Carla) Wehe, Waupaca; four sisters Cecelia Toots (John) Luhm, Wautoma, Monica (Wally) Steinle, Rockford, ILL, Carol (Don) Kaatz, Rosendale, Edwina (Carl) Whitt, Fond du Lac; two brothers Thomas (Patricia) Skic, Grays Lake, ILL, Robert Skic, Markesan, 18 grandchildren and three great granddaughters and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son, and a granddaughter Amanda Hill.
Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Langlade with Rev. Jeremiah Worman, officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. and at the Bradley Funeral Home and on Wednesday one hour prior to services at the church.
