Margaret L Swim, of White Lake, died Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Langlade Hospital. She was 83 years old. She was born on March 28, 1927 in Underhill, a daughter of Glen and Francis (Krueger) Wilson. She married Charles W. Swim on January 4, 1949 at Waukegan, Illinois. He preceded her in death on October 22, 1992.

She returned to Wisconsin in 1993 and moved to White Lake in 2002. Mrs. Swim was a member of the Winthrop Harbor, Illinois Veterans of Foreign War Auxiliary and the Anderson Sather American Legion Post #524 Auxiliary, White Lake, and the Women of the Moose Chapter 859, Zion, Illinois.

Survivors include two daughters Carol Swim, White Lake and Dawn Swim, Antigo; two sons William (Thyra) Swim, Shawano and Charles D. Swim, White Lake; nine grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and one great great granddaughter.

Including her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a son James Swim; a grandson William Michael Swim; two brothers Glen Pat Wilson and Louis Wilson; and two sisters Jeannette Buettner and Cecilia Wilson in infancy.

Services will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Pastor George Buchanan officiating. Burial will take place in Langlade Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
