Audrey Korrinne Morrill Boman, of Antigo, died Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Langlade Memorial Hospital. She was 83 years old. She was born on June 24, 1926 the daughter of the late John and Korrinne (Saunders) Morrill. She married Albert Abe Boman on October 22, 1949 in Eau Claire. Mrs. Boman and her husband raised their family in South Milwaukee but spent most of their summers with family on lake property near Kempster. While living in South Milwaukee she was very active with the local food pantry, Human Concerns, and St. Mark's Episcopal Church. The couple retired to the lake property in 1990 to live out their lives. She was a member of St. Ambrose Episcopal Church in Antigo.

She enjoyed genealogy, needlepoint and quilting. She was a voracious reader.

Survivors include four sons, Eric (Carrie) Boman, Mukwonago, David (Linda) Boman, Racine, Craig (Sandra) Boman, Canton, CT and Roark Boman, Bremerton, WA; a son-in-law, David Richgruber, Sparta; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and over thirty nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her daughter, Martha Marty Boman and daughter-in-law, Sue Boman.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 10 at 11:00 AM at Bradley Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:30 AM until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home. An additional gathering will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on Saturday at the Thirsty Bear Pub, Long Lake.

Memorials are preferred to Susan G. Komen for the Cure or the Raptor Education Group in Antigo.

The family would like to acknowledge all those that helped Audrey in her desire to remain independent, following the death of Albert, despite her debilitating physical condition. She was truly blessed with friends of a superior and giving nature. The family also wishes to thank the staff at Rosalia Gardens Assisted Living in Antigo for all the loving care they provided.
