Mike Boyd, of White Lake, died Friday, February 5, 2010 at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Madison. He was 65 years old. He was born on July 4, 1944 in Antigo to Robert and Carmen (Roseberry) Boyd.
He was raised in White Lake and served in the United States Army. Following service he lived in Illinois and southern Wisconsin, returning to White Lake in 1989. He enjoyed trout fishing, hunting, gardening and was a fan of the Green Bay Packers.
Survivors include Barbara Boyd of White Lake, and her children Sheri (Jeff) Boyd, Kenosha, Dan (Louise) Boyd, Salem and Pat (Sarah) Boyd, White Lake, seven grandchildren; Chrissy (Rob) Davis, Mikie, Brian and Mark Boyd, Ellie, Daniel, and Jessica Boyd, a brother Jim (Sylvia) Boyd of White Lake, five sisters; Bobbie (Larry) Meeks and Mary Holbrook all of Antigo, Sue (Sam) Cangemi of Waukeegan, IL, Linda (Peter) Bowler of Kenosha, Naomi Rayne, Madison.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Patricia Pauluasky, Charlotte Erhart, Ina Blakley and Mary Boyd, five brothers; Allie, Robert Lee Jr., William, Daniel and Terrance Boyd.
Services will be held on Wednesday 10:30 AM at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating. Burial will take place in spring at Langlade Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 9:00 a.m. until the time of services at the Bradley Funeral Home.
