Rose Brandow, of Antigo, died Friday, December 25, 2009 at home under the care of her sons and LeRoyer Hospice. She was 84 years old. She was born on January 9, 1925 in Antigo, to Charles and Katherine (Fleischman) Kirsch. She married Irvin Brandow on September 14, 1946 in Shawano. He preceded her in death on October 11, 1996.

She is a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1943. She worked as telephone operator and at the glove factory in Antigo. She tied flys for Sheldons Inc. for 13 years.

She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America, St. John Catholic Church and its Christian Mothers and Altar Society.

Survivors include two sons Michael and Mark Brandow both of Antigo; a brother Raymond Kirsch, Antigo and many neices and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, two brothers, Walter and John Kirsch, two sisters, Margaret Radtke, and Lillian Radtke.

Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Bradley Funeral Home with Msgr. Rev Paul Koszarek officiating. Entombment will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM on Tuesday at the Bradley Funeral Home.
