Roger Boyd, of White Lake, died Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at home. He was 67 years old. He was born on April 4, 1942 in the Town of Evergreen to Noah and Mildred (Brown) Boyd. He married Sonia Berndt on Nov. 6, 1981 in White Lake. She survives.
He drove truck for many years for several trucking companies in Wisconsin.
Survivors including his wife are three daughters, Samantha (Christopher) Marsh, Antigo, Sharon (Steve) Malliet, Winneconne, Jeana (William) Perper, Charleston, S.C., a son, Richard (Olivia) Boyd, Pasadena, Tex, two sisters, Judy (Jim) Lanaham, Paddock Lake, Cindy (Andy) Buettner, White Lake, four brothers, Edward (Linda) Boyd, Salem, Lawrence Boyd, White Lake, Glenn Boyd, Antigo, Andy (Jackie) Boyd, Antigo, and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Yvonne in infancy, two brothers James Lonnie, and Thomas Boyd.
Services will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Four Coroners Assembly of God Church, White Lake with Rev. Marvin Kindle officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday at the church from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m..
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
