Emma Kramer, of Elcho, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at Eastview Medical & Rehabilitation Center. She was 98 years old. Born January 21, 1910 in Bayfield, WI to Michael and Margaret (Belonger) Deragon, she married Robert Kramer on April 11, 1928 in Elcho. He preceded her in death on June 26, 1974.

She was a resident of Elcho for the past 82 years and was a member of Royal Neighbors of America, Holy Family Catholic Church and its Rosary Society.

Survivors include one son, Gary (Barbara) Kramer, Portage, MI, one daughter, Margaret Kramer, Sun Prairie, 12 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons, William and Sherman Kramer, one grandson Robert Kramer.

Services will be held on Monday, November 3, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, Elcho with Rev. Roger Strebel officiating. Burial will take place in Elcho Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday at the church from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m., with the rosary being recited at 9:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Holy Family Catholic Church in Elcho or the Residents Council at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center. Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
