Roberta Bobby GUTOWSKI, 75 of Pickerel, WI, died Sunday, October 21, 2007 under the care of her family and LeRoyer Hospice. She was born June 13, 1932 in Little Fork, MN, daughter of the late Ralph and Ardus (Stephson) Hawkins. She married Roman Gutowski on August 17, 1949 in Green Bay. The couple recently celebrated their 58th anniversary.

At age 11 she moved to Sturgeon Bay then moved to Green Bay at age 13. After marriage she worked as a seamstrees and clerk in Green Bay. In 1996 she moved to Pickerel where she was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, their altar society, and served as a lector and eucharistic minister. She was a member of the Pickerel Flames, the Over 50 Club, and she was an 18 year volunteer for the St. Vincent DePaul Society and Pauls Pantry. She crocheted aphgans for United States Veterans and infants of unwed mothers.

Surviving are her husband, Roman Gutowski and 3 Daughters, Bonnie MacLellan of Solin Springs, WI, Ardus (Gerald) DuBois of Sturgeon Bay, Lisa (Jim Gonzales) Gutowski of Sturgeon Bay; 3 Sons, Ralph (Elaine) Gutowski of Green Bay, Mark (Julie) Gutowski of Sumico, Paul (Julie) Gutowski of DePere; 2 Sisters, Wanda Rucki of CT, Ione (Gilbert) Degrave of Cable, WI. 17 grandchildren Sherry, Chad, Jeremy, Tracy, Jesse, Amber, Shareen, Tye, Abby, Jennaa, Scott, Kari, Angela, Milissa, Nicki, Holly, Michael, 22 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by Parents and two sons Edward and Dale, one brother Herbert.

Services will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church, Pickerel, 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2007 with Rev. Richard Kosterman officiating. Interment will be in Allouez Catholic Cemetery, Green Bay, WI .
Visitation will be at church from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
