Harold J. Boelter Sr. age84 died Tuesday August 21, 2007 at Langlade Memorial Hospital. Born on November 6, 1922 in Antigo to Julius and Sabina (Hartman) Boelter he married Margaret Fondow on August 7, 1943, she preceded him in death in December of 1995.

He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Polar.
Mr Boelter farmed in Bryant for many years and worked at Precision Twist Drill in Crystal Lake, IL, in the maintenance department. He returned to Antigo in 2000.

Survivors include nine daughters Sharon Bergan, Fort Myers FL, Judy (Myron) Theilman, Aniwa, Shirley Harms, Minneapolis, MN, Donna Boelter, West Chester, IL, Ina (Richard) Rivera, Surfside Beach, SC, Connie (Kevin Rosenbaum, Dixoin, IL, Doris (Jerry) Peleska, Ingelside, IL, Peggy Kaul, St. Paul, MN, and Sandy (Ron) Hiller, McHenry, IL, five sons Roger (Joanne) Boelter, Oshkosh, David Boelter, McHenry, IL, Harold (Vicki) Boelter, McHenry, IL, Gary (Pam) Boelter, Crystal, MN, Steve (Christy) Boelter, Dixon, IL, two sisters Margaret Schilcher, Antigo, Verna Bauer, Waukesha, two brothers Eugene (Sharon) Boelter, Neenah, Oscar Boelter, Menasha, 42 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Margaret, one daughter Mary Maniscalco, one son Charles in infancy, two sisters Louise Selenski, Irene Meyer, three brothers Alvin, James and Charles Boelter, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday Aug. 25, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Donald Engebretson officiating. Visitation will take place on Friday from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home and again on Saturday from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.
