Edward "Tom" Treiber, 74 of Pickerel died January 30, 2007. Born February 10, 1932 to Edward and Ethel (Horn) Treiber he married Marlene Keller on June 22, 1957 at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Hortonville. Tom graduated from Appleton High School in 1950 and Appleton School of Business with an associate's degree in accounting in 1952.
He was employed as a supervisor for Wisconsin Michigan Power Company (now WE Energies) in Appleton for 35 years. After retirement in 1987 he moved to Pickerel. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Pickerel, the Lily Sno-birds Club and the Nicolet Country Club in Laona.

Survivors include his wife Marlene, one daughter Tammy (Rick) Hottnestine of Hortonville, and one son Mark (Sandy) Treiber of Seymour. Four grandchildren, Kimberly and Derrick Hottenstine, Mitchell and Dylan Trieber.

Memorial service will be on Friday February 2, 2007 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Pickerel with Rev. Roger Strebel officiating. Visitation one hour prior to services at the church. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established. Bradley Funeral Home of Antigo is assisting the family with arrangements
