Dorothy Helen Vocetka, 89, of 729 Park street, Antigo passed away on November 29, 2006 at Eastview Medical and Rehab Center. She was born on December 29, 1916 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Ralph and Dorothy (Neihaus) Barnes.

Dorothy married Otto Vocetka in October 4, 1947, in Chicago, IL, he preceded her in death on March 21, 1993. Dorothy and her husband lived in Berwyn, IL for 26 years. There she was employed as a nurse assistant at the McNeal Memorial Hospital, and later at Western Electric in Cicero, IL. After retirement Dorothy and Otto moved to Polar, WI in 1973.

Dorothy was a member of the Cicero Moose Lodge, and the Leland Tollefson Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary 2653.

Dorothy is survived by one sister Rose Alen of Sierra City, CA and a sister-in-law Bernice Skorepa of Brookfield, IL.

Private funeral services will be held. Burial will be next to her husband in the Elmwood Cemetery in Antigo, WI
