James Fredrick Moss, Age 79, died Sunday, January 10, 2016 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. He was born on August 21, 1936 in Antigo, a son of the late Fred and Ethel (Tucker) Moss.
He was a graduate of Antigo High School class of 1954.
Mr. Moss served in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1958 as a jet engine technician.
He was employed at Lockheed Martin Corporation in Sunnyvale, California as a rocket technician for 30 years retiring in 1992. Following his retirement he moved to Phlox where he resided until moving to King in 2012.
Survivors include two brothers, Michael Moss of Fairfield, Calif. and Patrick (Martha "Mert") Moss of Green Bay; and a sister-in-law, Joan Moss of Wausau.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Madge Marx, Alice Dierking and Florence "Nan" Ness; and four brothers, John, Thomas and two brothers in infancy.
Burial will take place at the Central Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in King at a later date. Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Farewell Jim,..I'm glad I got to know you all those years ago. We had lots of laughs and I truely loved it when we'd reminisce about your folks and how the house on the Island came about. I'll never forget the look on your face the day I gave you that emblem from that milk can with your Dads name on it that I found at your homestead milkhouse. I hope it went to the right person. Will miss you Jim.
