Words to describe Rosita:

Daily Life -

Feisty, parades, marching bands, LM kitchen staff, Ray, Singing or humming country western songs, sister-in-law, Dixie, AHS musicals, children, El Tequila, Hodag, computer skills at age 70, Grandchildren (1 set of twins), My friend, stubborn, church, newfound family in Shiocton, AIDS quilt, great-grandchildren (2 sets of twins), my best friend.

Quilting Life -

Quilt classes, road trips, computer whiz, new quilting friends, Quilt Retreats laughing until we peed our pants, prancing around naked after a 2 AM shower ( she had forgotten her clothes on her bunk) helpful, creative with abandon.

I remember when grandma was making quilts for the grandchildren in order from oldest to youngest. But the year I was suppose to receive mine I was skipped. But the following year I got mine. i still use it to this day. I'll never forget that and many other moments

I am so sorry. I remember her smile and soft voice. You and Ray always welcomed me warmly.

Ray and Family, We are so sorry for your loss of your beloved Rosita. What fond memories we have of "Rosie". Her big smile, her laugh (at my jokes), her friendliness, and caring heart. Not to mention the good times Friday nights at Ralph & Mary's bar in Polar. The fun times on our motor coach trips surely are a part of remembering Rosie. We pray that she is resting at peace in the arms of our Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen.

There are too many favorite memories of Rosita at the many Quilt Retreats we went to.

H Holly on Nov 13, 2015

Her lack of fear of the computer she received at age 70.

H Holly on Nov 13, 2015

Her creativeness with abandon.

Ray, I am so sorry for your loss. Working with Rosy was always fun. I will never forget her and her love of God and her family. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord and let the perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and the souls of all of the faithful departed rest in the peace and love of Jesus Christ. Amen.
