Donald Eugene Raith, of Antigo, died Monday, May 12, 2014. He was 58 years old. He was born on April 8, 1956 in Antigo, a son of the late Joseph and Beatrice (Elliot) Raith.

He was a graduate of Elcho High School.

He enjoyed spending time with his great great niece and nephews, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include three sisters, Inez (Wenzel) Hartl of Payette, ID, Grace (Charles) Cruz of Chicago, IL and Mary Kay (Dale) Tucker of Antigo; four brothers, James Raith of Hustisford, Patrick Raith of Summit Lake, Thomas (Debbie) Raith of Milwaukee and Rudolph (Mary Ann) Raith of Bolton, MO.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Ella Mertes, Jeane (Meisenhelder) Bohlman and Joan McCabe; and three brothers, Robert, Wayne and Peter.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

"He was a rebel without a cause, except maybe to have a little fun along the way."

Cherish his memory and let it live on. My fondest memory of Donny is how neatly he ate my cream puffs without spilling a drop on his beard! Caring thoughts are with the family.
