Patricia Chlebowski, of Deerbrook, died Thursday, May 8, 2014 at home after loosing her battle with cancer. She was 59 years old. She was born on June 18, 1954 in Columbus. She married Mike Chlebowski on December 23, 1989. He survives.
A memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday at 8 a.m. at St. Wencel Catholic Church, Neva.
