For all the friends, co-workers, doctors and relatives that attended our Kim's wake and funeral a very warm hearted thanks. Our town and community is blessed with such wonderful people, something Kim was always so very proud. The gifts of money that we received is going to be used on a memorial bench in her memory, and put in the walking park at the Cancer Center by the Rhinelander Hospital. She will be remembered for her dedicated care she provided for others in need.
I also want to thank the Bradley Funeral Home, Tom you and your staff do such a wonderful job in making a families loss seem so much more bearable. Thanks to all of you......God Bless ....
Sonny, I remember Kim from when she was very young. I won't forget her. We can all keep our memories of Kim alive by continuing to include her in our thoughts and prayers. May God Bless.

to Kim's family, please accept my condolences. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
With every Toby Keith song, I will think of you! Thank you for helping me become the Surgical Tech I am today! You will be missed by many and thought of often.
Kimmy, as I walked in to visit with you for the last time last night, I took the deepest breath to hold back the tears, but would do anything to give that breath to you. You are one of the strongest people I know. I will miss the any time of day phone calls, the laughs we shared, gossip time, earning free lunches, favorite songs, giggling during cases, and closing with you to only name a few. You kept me going during PA school with your calls from home and all your support. As I pass each stitch I will think of you. You touched so many people in so many ways. You were one of the best techs/assist I know!! God had a reason to take you from us so soon. You have a big extended family that misses you. I love you Kimmy and miss you more than you know. You will NEVER be forgotten. Rest in peace now one of my dearest friends and i will see you again someday.....
Kim I will miss your unforgettable smile and laugh. I know how dedicated you were to your special gift of kindness to everyone you touched. Each time I ran into you with Allison it was so obvious what a wonderful mother you were. I will always remember the great Christmas Days, when Grandma & Grandpa's was filled with children and the beautiful smile on that little girl's face. I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to visit with you and tell you how much I loved you. Kim you always followed what God put in your heart and you are his angel. Your mother and father were wonderful parents and I will miss you everyday.
Kim & Allie
Kim we will miss you, we will always remember you in our hearts forever. (Dad) Our daily walks and bike rides where so very special because it gave us time together, time to talk, and time to share. You had a very warm heart toward others.
I admired your courage for what you had to face toward the end.
You used to talk about when a person passes how with time they are forgotten.....that will never happen.
Thanks you for being a wonderful caring daughter, mother, and wife. I want you to know that in the spring the family will donate a park bench at the Rhinelander hospital in memory of the nurse they all called "Kimee". We love you so very much.

Dan and Allison,
I'm so sorry for your loss. My family and I send our prayers and deepest sympathies to you and your family and friends at this very sad, hard time.
You will all stay in our prayers.
Steve,
Sorry to hear about the loss of your sister-in-law. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Dan and Allie, My deepest sympathy goes out to you. I will never forget when I first came to Rhinelander and Kimmy was the one who taught me the ropes at the hospital. She will be missed.
To the family: On behalf of myself (Sue Rasmussen) and my uncle, Jacque Follstad, we want to express our deepest condolences of the loss of Kimberly. Although we only met Kimberly briefly, and from reading about her life, it is evident that she was a very giving, thoughtful and selfless person who enjoyed helping others in time of need. I know she will be missed.
Dear Dan & Allie,
Deepest sympathy from our family to yours. Although it's been a few years since being at Ministry, Kimmy was one of those special people you never forget. She adored her family and it's so sad that she was taken so soon. Thoughts and prayers to you and your families.
Sincerely,
Renee, Colin & Terefech Snook
Hey Kim, I was just asking about how you were doing last week. I sure do like working with you. Had some funny jokes between us at the hospital. I sure will miss you. Nice smile. Nice kid. If you see my boy Sam up there, tell him to behave or you'll.....you'll think of something. It may sound trite; but I won't forget you. I don't forget old friends. Keep us in your thoughts. You'll be in mine. Mike Bushko
