Joyce,
We are saddened by the loss of Phil. We spent many times chatting with him side by side. He was always so animated about his son and grandchildren, especially when he came back from down south. We are proud to have known him. Hopefully, the many good memories and his smile will give you some comfort with the rough times ahead. Sincerely,

I remember a good place to hang out, all the neighber kids hung at Mosher's place. To four wheel'in with Nickki and 4 to 5 day scrabble games. Good company. Collecting sap for maple syrup long day cooking down. Mulligan soup pretty much every ingrediant in the house. Even had key to house to come and go as I choose. Joyce and Phillip we called him Booze, don't know why, but we did. Phillip would fix things with hay wire and duck tape. But everything worked. Finding him napping under truck, skidder, etc. Joe was good at tollerating us a good guy. Have more memories will always be with me and never forget. Oh, I think lightning hit the house or nearby darn near every storm. The good old days.

to the family of Phillip Mosher, may God comfort you and give you peace to know that he is in a better place where there is no suffering or illness and only
rest and peace. Phillip is my cousin on the Zirkle side and he grew up with all of us and we went to school together and enjoyed many family gatherings.
He will be missed by family and friends. To the family :we live in Bellingham Washington and impossible to come and be with you for the funeral but our thoughts and prayers will be there. Love RoseMae
