Judy, Kay and family, so very sorry to hear of your moms passing. Your mother was a gem. I will miss her tender hands holding mine. Memories flowed when I was in her presence. Adela was full of faith and grace. A long time family friend.
Beulah, Judy and Kay, my sympathy to you on the loss of your sister and mother. She was such a great part of my life in growing up on Third Avenue and then whenever I would meet her when visiting
Antigo. Her kindness and the memories she has given us will always be cherished.
Adela always made me feel like I was the most important person in the world and always treated me like her own. She brought life to any room she was in. She is by far one of the most influential people in my life. She will be missed.
As a child, my favorite family vacations were those to Wisconsin to visit Adela and Walt. The memories--far too many to list-- will forever be etched in my mind. Adela will be missed.....
Adela was very dear to me and tho 3000 miles away we kept in touch with her occasional informative Antigo news items. She was instrumental in getting published (In the Antigo Journal) segments of my memoirs that told the story of my birth and youth experience while growing up in Antigo. May she rest in everlasting peace.
Judy and Kay and families,
Your mom was such a beautiful LADY both inside and out. So enjoyed seeing her when I was last in Antigo and have many fond memories of her from our days together at our little
E and R church on Deleglise St., babysitting for Mary Kay and Susie when I was a teen, and sharing laughs and fun memories with your mom. How she loved her family!!
She will be missed, but not forgotten and I will always remember her with fondness. God bless you and keep you all and may your beautiful memories sustain you until God joins us all together again someday.
I will always remember the vacations, the visits, the jokes, the laughter, but most of all, the warmth and love from Gramma's heart that was as big as the world!
We will miss Adela! We laughed and had so much fun together at the Evergreen. Her smile and stories will always be remembered. God Bless the family during this time and always.
Grandma surrounded my many of her grandchildren.
