Donald Joseph Kelly, of Antigo, entered his heavenly home on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Langlade Hospital. He was 77 years old. He was born on October 13, 1935 in Elcho, a son of Donald and Anna (Pollock) Kelly. He married Nancy Krueger on December 1, 1956 at Emmanus Lutheran Church in Milwaukee.
Mr. Kelly was a 1954 graduate of Elcho High School. He resided in Summit Lake until moving to Antigo in 1986. For 34 years he was employed by Chicago & Northwestern Railroad retiring in 1997.
He was member of Peace Lutheran Church.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family at Camp Kelly near Moccasin Lake.
Survivors include three daughters, Kim (Richard) Kelly of Antigo, Kathy Dobson of Merrill and Karen (Eric) Lindstrum of Wausau; seven grandchildren, Ashley, Amber and Syndeny Hightower, Jeremy (Amanda) and Justin (Erica) Dobson, Kelsey and Alissa Lindstrum; a great-granddaughter, Aaliyah; two brothers, David (Karlene) Kelly of Colorado Springs, CO and Dennis (Tina) Kelly of Elcho; sister, Mary (Tom) Johnson of Crandon; five brothers-in-law, Gene Krueger of West Bend, Gary (Penne) Krueger of Antigo, Ernie (Sandie) Krueger Jr. of Manistique, MI, Kenneth (Mary) Krueger of Lake Tomahawk and James (Wanda) Krueger of Wisconsin Rapids; and three sisters-in-law, Connie Holfeltz of West Bend, Vicki (Daniel) Young of Wausau and Ann Krueger of Germantown.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty (Gus) Taylor, a sister-in-law, Pamela Kelly, and two brothers-in-law, Jack Holfeltz and John Krueger.
A funeral service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church with Rev. David Karolus officiating. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 - 6 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home and Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
