Linda M. Donnermeyer of Pickerel, died unexpectedly Friday, October 2, 2015 at Aspirus Langlade Hospital. She was 66 years old. She was born on July 29, 1949 in Appleton, a daughter of Joseph and Marcella (Koerner) Van Daalwyk. She married Mark Donnermeyer on October 20, 2012 in Kaukauna. He survives.

She was a graduate of Kaukauna High School with the class of 1967.

She worked as a bookkeeper at Green Bay Truck Sales in Green Bay for more than 30 years. Mark and Linda retired and moved to the northwoods in 2013.

Linda was an active member of the Pearson-Pickerel Lions Club and the Flames in Pickerel. She volunteered in her community as an election worker and at St. Mary's Catholic Church as an usher.

Linda was an outgoing country music fan who loved life to the fullest. She enjoyed baking for her family, attending craft fairs, decorating her lake house, and a lifetime of fishing northwoods lakes. Her friends and family will remember her passion for collecting jewelry ("bling was her thing").

Survivors include sister, Karlyn "Kit" Therrien, Kaukauna; three brothers, Patrick (Janet) Van Daalwyk, Union Grove, Roger (Elaine) Van Daalwyk, Kaukauna, Paul (Lori) Van Daalwyk, Kaukauna; son, Vaughn (fiancee Melissa Loest) Van Asten, Appleton; five sisters-in-law, Joyce Frederickson, Kimberly, Janet (Harvey) Reather, Menasha, Pat Stuyvenberg, Kimberly, Diane Donnermeyer, Kaukauna, Shirley (Gary) Bley of Port Washington; two brothers-in-law, Keith (Char) Donnermeyer, Sacramento, CA, Ken (Jan) Donnermeyer, Kaukauna, many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, parents-in-law John and Dorothy Donnermeyer, sister-in-law Maureen Van Daalwyk and her infant son Roger, brothers-in-law, Henry Therrien, Darvin Frederickson, Dick Stuyvenberg, Jack Donnermeyer, Howie Jansen, nephew Jesse Donnermeyer, and God Son Joseph Therrien.

Visitation will be 2 until 4 p.m. on Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Church, Pickerel.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. Katherine Drexel - St. Mary site, Kaukauna with Rev. Jerry Pastors officiating. Visitation in Kaukauna will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at church. Entombment will take place in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Appleton.
