June Eisenman, of Post Lake, died Monday, July 21, 2014 at home. She was 97 years old. She was born on June 18, 1917 at Post Lake, a daughter of Alouious and Flora (Wilson) Schabell. She married Allen Eisenman on August 14, 1940 in Crandon. He preceded her in death on May 28, 2014.

After marriage the family lived in Ontonogan, Michigan, Wausau and retired to Post Lake. She enjoyed sewing.

Survivors include a daughter Sharon (Robert) Marine, Sr., Post Lake; a grandchild, Robert Allen Marine Jr., Post Lake; a sister, Ruth Lucia, Antigo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, Jean Kohnhorst and Iris Raith, five brothers, Elwyn, Norman, Clarence, Warren and Lawrence Schabell in infancy.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the Elcho Cemetery.

The family would like to acknowledge the wonderful service provided by June's caregivers.
