Perry was one of my best friends when we were kids. I always think of the following story when I think of him. Perry had a new Evinride snowmobile in 1967 or so. One day he rode it over to our house and was riding around in a big circle between our house and the neighbors. He got going too fast and hit a big maple tree and bent the bumper on his sled. But being Perry Duffeck, he had money enough with him to fix it. So my grandpa took us to the Sport Marine and Perry bought a new bumper and we fixed in in our garage!! I don't think his dad ever knew.
Rest in Peace my friend. Keith
