Alex S. Kibartas, age 94, of Antigo, died on January 3, 2025 at his home under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. He was born on March 25, 1930 in Taurge, Lithuania. He married Anna Bruzas on October 17, 1961, she preceded him in death on December 15, 2022.
Survivors include a son, Ed (Brenda) Kibartas of Antigo; a daughter, Sue (Tauras) Liubinskas of Illinois; five grandchildren, Jonah Kibartas, Alexander Liubinskas, Nicholas Liubinskas, Jamie Knutson, and Miah Thalacker; three great-grandchildren, Gabe and Isabelle Knutson, and Lily Castillo; three great-great grandchildren, Teo, Waylon and Millie; and a brother, Wally Kybartas of Illinois.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 7 at 11 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Sember officiating.
Burial will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
