Bernard F. "Buzz" Andraschko, Sr, age 86, of Antigo, died on November 3, 2024 at his home under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. He was born on May 16, 1938 in Antigo, a son of the late Edwin and Annette (Schroepfer) Andraschko. He married Judith Schuh on April 30, 1960 at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church. She preceded him in death on October 25, 2008.

Buzz served in the United States Army from November 1, 1955 to October 31, 1958.

Following the service, he became a truck driver, driving for several companies until his retirement from Kretz Lumber. He continued to drive part-time after his retirement.

He enjoyed hunting, woodworking, and camping.

Survivors include two daughters, Deborah Bartz of Oregon, WI and Dawn (George) Packard of Antigo; two sons, Bernard (Gail) Andraschko, Jr. of Hatley and Edwin (Colleen) Andraschko of Bryant; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Ellen (Jerome) Cahak of Antigo, Susan (John) Guensburg of Antigo, Elaine Schwan of Marion; three brothers, James (Joyce) Andraschko of Antigo, Jerome Andraschko of Birnamwood, and John (Libby) Andraschko of New London.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Mike Bartz; two grandchildren in infancy; a sister, Patricia Tews; two brothers-in-law, Jerry Tews and James Schwan; and a sister-in-law, Bernice Andraschko.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 11 at 10 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with the Very Reverend Joel Sember officiating. Burial with Military Honors will take place at Queen of Peace Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 10 from 3 to 5 p.m. and Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. all at the Bradley Funeral Home.

The family extends a special thank you to caregivers, Dawn and Leslie, for the many years of wonderful care they provided to Bernard.
