N. Jane Koelsch, of Wausau, died on August 24, 2024. She was 93 years old. She was born on July 17, 1931 in Bryant, a daughter of Doc and Eula (Jones) Crum. She married Clarence "William" Koelsch in October of 1953 at North Shore Baptist Church in Chicago. He preceded her in death on February 28, 2010.

Jane attended the Edison School and then graduated from Antigo High School in 1948. After high school she moved to Chicago to work as a secretary for several companies. In 1983 Jane retired and moved to Antigo until 2006 when they moved to Wausau.

She enjoyed her flower and vegetable gardens. She also liked to crochet, knit and do crafts.

Jane's son, Kevin, was her whole world. She was a compassionate mother, and cared for him until Kevin passed away on February 15, 2024. They join each other now in heaven.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, husband and son, Jane was preceded in death by her brothers, Ray, Ralph, Donald, Ed and Art Crum; sisters, Leora Brown, Phyllis Markowitz, Pauline Schumacher, Ruby Jones, and Bernadine Burford; and nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 30 at 11 a.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Pastor Dick Kendall officiating. Visitation will be Friday at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery in Antigo.
