The Iconic Duane Brown
A best friend to those in his huge circle of friends. Like Matt Erlandson said we’ve been connected with Duane since our days at Peace Lutheran grade school. Joe Miller, Matt and others at Peace Lutheran and our amazing class of 1978 all share an amazing story of working hard having fun and fighting to be the best. At time neither life and in this situation death does not make sense. But as per the gospel it is supposed to be that way. It’s never gonna be easy to say goodbye to this world but for Duane he is in a special place and being welcomed by the good Lord now. Thanks to all for taking care of Duane at the end and a Special Thanks to Duane for letting us all be a part of his smile, his success, his life lessons. Duane Brown, one of the nicest dudes ever put on the planet. Doug and Julia Below
Duane was my kindergarten classmate at Peace Lutheran School. I have many fond memories of him; the highlight was our Florida spring break in 1978. I will miss his every-ready smile and those Brownie bear hugs. Matt Erlandson
