Robert F. Brown, of Antigo, died on May 28, 2023 at Wisconsin Veterans Home in King. He was 95 years old. He was born on May 14, 1928 a son of the late Marian and Martha Brown. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geneva "Jenny" Pennington, in 2021.
Robert served in the United States Army. He owned and operated Bob's Body and Fender Shop in Antigo. He was a member of the Disable American Veterans and Homestead Church in Antigo. He enjoyed hunting.
Survivors include four children, Dennis (Kimberly) Brown of Pleasant Prairie, Robert (Tina) Brown Jr., Amy Junior of Oshkosh, and Laurie Simonton of Green Bay; 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane; and his brothers and sisters.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 2, at 1 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Steven Schroepfer officiating. Burial and Military Honors will take place at Elmwood Cemetery in Antigo.
Visitation will be Friday, June 2, 12 to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Bob was one of the nicest men I ever knew. Would always ask (with a great big smile) how I was and put his arm around my shoulders. He is in the presence of God now. What a wonderful place to be.

I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was a nice and caring man i ever got to know. I meet Bob threw his son Dennis we use to hang out at his dad body shop me and Bob got to be good friend,He would come and visit me at my shop and he could make a bad day into a good day. He will be miss a lot.
I learned how to do auto body work from Bob as a teenager. Always a smile and a kind word. He was truly a wonderful man and was good influence on my life. Rest in peace, Bob.
