With loving memories of LuAnn / Aunt LuAnn The William Lemke FamilyButterfly Garden was purchased for the family of Lu Ann Selmeyer by The William Lemke Family.
My deepest sympathy to the family of Lu Ann. Oh, the memories, from her time as an organist at St. Paul, Birnamwood. Having lived in the Birnamwood area all my life and knowing the Roepke family it was wonderful to reminisce with her. What fun times with choir and caroling. I was able to get acquainted with Heidi's family, and have lunch with Heidi and her mother. As a person who saved a lot of things, I just recently ran across a box of correspondence from Heidi. It covered a number of years and Christmases. I didn't get to tell Lu Ann about the can (about a gallon), heavy metal with Lemke Cheese on it. Have no idea how we acquired it and I just came across that recently in the garage, too. My driving is limited to Birnamwood so I will not be at her service. God bless you all. It was a joy to have known her. Shirley Clark
