Milton J. Mosher, of Deerbrook, died Thursday, February 24, 2022, at 11:11 a.m., at his home under the care of his family and LeRoyer Hospice. He was 80 years old. He was born on August 10, 1941, in Antigo, a son of Raymond and Libby (Frisch) Mosher. He married Carolyn Resch on June 3, 1967, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Phlox.
He graduated from Antigo High School in 1959. Milton moved to Waukesha to work at Wisconsin Centrifugal for 12 years before returning to Deerbrook in 1974. He was employed at Kraft Foods, later Antigo Cheese Company, and currently Sartori Company for 33 years.
He was a member of St. Wencel Church in Neva and the Tractor Club.
Milton enjoyed spending time with his wonderful children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, trains, antique tractors (especially his 460), playing cards, and watching the squirrels and birds.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; five children, Mark (Laurie Ann) Mosher of Sun Prairie, Jennifer (Steve) Schmitz of Mukwonago, Melissa (Special Friend Tom Busch) Mosher of Antigo, Bob (Sandy) Mosher of Normal, IL, and Jodi (Jeff) Mosher of Antigo; eleven grandchildren, Morgan (Shawn) Hamm, London (Ian) Luecht, Michelle(Austin) Matovich and Carolyn Kosirowski, Caden Mosher, Kaylee Mosher, Riley Mosher, Robbie Mosher, Jonathan Mosher, Melody Mosher, Alex Mosher; four great-grandchildren, Lily, Levi, and Liza Hamm and Klara Matovich; two brothers, Don Mosher of De Pere and Ken (special friend Helen Katchengo) Mosher of Green Bay; and a sister, Sandy Mosher of Waupaca.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Allen Mosher; and a sister-in-law, Helen Mosher.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at 6 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Deacon Andy Bures officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 p.m. until the time of service at 6 p.m.
