William R. Schroepfer, of Antigo, died Friday, January 14, 2022, at The Bay at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center. He was 73 years old. He was born on July 25, 1948, in Chicago, a son of the late Robert and Doris (Flint) Schroepfer.

Bill was an avid Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Brewer fan. He had a strong faith, enjoyed listening to music and singing. He was always grateful for family visits. He enjoyed rides from Joe in the back of the Pomp's Tire truck with his family through town.

Survivors include two sisters, Lorraine (Lee) Horne of New London and Linda (Ken) Heinzen of Schofield; two brothers, Wayne Schroepfer and Andrew Schroepfer both of Antigo; a sister-in-law, Lynda Schroepfer of Antigo; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph, and brother in infancy, Stanley.

A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at 11 a.m. at SS Mary & Hyacinth Catholic Church with Reverend George Daniel officiating. Entombment will take place in the Queen of Peace Mausoleum.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 19 from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. parish wake service at the Bradley Funeral Home
