Pamela Wasylko, of Antigo, died Monday, November 22, 2021, at home. She was 50 years old. She was born on December 31, 1970 a daughter of Andrew and Delores (Galarowicz) Wasylko.
She was a graduate of Antigo High School in 1992.
Pam was born with a form of cerebral palsy. In 1985 she came to live with Karen and Bob Purmort, who lovingly cared for Pam for the past 36 years.
Survivors include two brothers, Andrew John (Lisa) Wasylko of Lublin, Wisconsin, Carl Purmort of Antigo; a sister-in-law, Julie Wasylko, Thorp; Karen Purmort; two nephews Michael and Tyler.
She was preceded in death by parents; a brother, Charles Copeland; and Bob Purmort.
A memorial gathering will be Tuesday November 30, 2021 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home. Burial of her urn will take place in Lublin.
