VonDaLee Ann Straley, of Bryant, died Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee. She was 78 years old. She was born on March 3, 1943, in Zion, IL a daughter of the late John and Genevieve (Howard) Bloom.
VonDaLee was employed at Baxter Labs in IL until her retirement. She continued to work several jobs after retirement. In 1994 she moved to the town of Evergreen where she was currently serving as town clerk, and had been for the past 15 years.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Bernard Straley; a son, James Summerford of Bryant; two daughters, Brenda Beamon of White Lake and Rebecca (Lisa) Straley of Racine; six grandchildren, Joey, Larissa, Felicia, Denise, Karrina and Derrick; and many great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Thalia; and a sister, Linda Maizer.
Per her wishes, no services will be held.
