Lisa Aird Nowak, of Antigo, died Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at Aurora Bay Care Hospital, Green Bay. She was 49 years old. She was born on April 18, 1972, in Antigo.
She was a graduate of Antigo High School with the class of 1990.
She worked in health care for many years starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Colonial Manor in Wausau followed by providing home health care in the Antigo area.
She loved to cook, refinish furniture, reading and time at the campfire. Her children were her life
Survivors include her children Zachary and Rylee Aird, of Antigo; her mother Sandra (Mike) Theisen, Antigo; her father Patrick Aird, Antigo; two sisters, Mary (Christopher) Pomasl, Antigo, Jennifer Spiegl, Wausau; a brother, James Aird, Wausau; four step-brothers, Christopher (Deb) Theisen, Janesville, Nathan (Kristen) Theisen, Green Bay, Philip (Natasha) Theisen, Auburndale, Michael (Heather) Theisen, Bryant; nieces and nephews, Kiana (Aaron) Robertson, Avery Pomasl, Breely Spiegl, Theresa and Ryan Theisen, Ila Sundberg, Case Meister, Freya and Ravena Theisen; a great niece Scarlett Robertson.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Harold and Jeanette Ackerman, paternal grandparents, Wilfred and Patricia Aird; three uncles Mike and Mark Ackerman, Tom Aird; an aunt Maxine Boula; a cousin Katina Marshall.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.

Lisa, my memories of you were when Rylee would be staying out at Mike & Sandy's on Spring Brook Road and Siggy and I would be there for cards and how you would come in and visit for awhile and enjoy the snacks we had before leaving with Rylee...you will be missed.....
Caring prayers and thoughts for Rylee, Zach and family during this time. Losing a mother at such a young age is difficult but may your mother's eternal love embrace you forever and know that family and friends are there for you.

My sweet sister, I am so proud of the woman that you were. You helped me through so much and I will forever be grateful for all you did for me and I know you will continue to watch over us. You are such a beautiful person. I know it's beautiful where you are and I know you are at peace and I believe I have an awesome angel walking beside me. I made you a promise Lisa and I am holding you to that bet still even though your gone. I love you more than words can even say and I will never forget you!! I love you so much!!
