Chuck Stevens, of Antigo, died Sunday, May 23, 2021, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was 73 years old. He was born on November 11, 1947, in New Albany, Indiana a son of Charles and Clara (Lawson) Stevens Jr. He married Sandra (Drake) Eldridge on June 23, 1984, in New Albany, IN.
Chuck is a Vietnam Veteran having served in the United States Army from August 3, 1966 to September 25, 1968.
He was employed at Cousineau Auto Parts for over 30 years having retired in 2012
Chuck was a member of Christ Gospel Church, Antigo, the Langlade County Voiture 1204, 40 et 8, the Paul Marmes Chapter 23, Disabled American Veterans, Antigo, and the Sparks-Doernenburg American Legion Post 3, Antigo.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra; four sons, Charles (Jessica) Stevens, Jason (Tina) Stevens, Matt Stevens all of Colorado Springs, Kenny (Rebecca) Eldridge of Antigo; two daughters, Tammy Perrote and Deanna Eldridge both of Antigo; 22 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Cecila Paxton of Salem, OR and Sheri Stevens of Moab, UT; his mother-in-law, Betty Drake of Antigo; and a cousin, Jeanie (Jerry) Glotzbach of Charlestown, IN. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandsons; three sisters; one brother; and his father-in-law, Richard Drake.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Gregory Dorsch officiating. Burial will take place in Kempster Lakeside Cemetery where Antigo veterans will provide Military Honors.
Visitation will be Friday, May 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

Going to miss you Chuck,you don’t know how many times I wanted to call you since you passed away and just have our little talks to ask how your pillow is helping your looks and you asking me the same thing. How we would joke around with each other but yet have a serious side too. How beating you at canasta and still joke around, and how you would tell us about your child life when growing up. You were my brother but most of all you were my best friend. You may be gone naturally but you will always remain in my heart and thoughts. You were the best and your going to be missed.
