Dad, its been 1 year & 1 day since you succumbed to civid pneumonia. How fast time goes by for those, us, left behind in this cruel world. You are in such a better place even though I miss you dearly! Some days I just expect you to round the corner, wave & smile at me. Life without you is much longer & quiet. I take care of Mom so you don't have to worry about her. I still have your favorite t-shirt draped over your chair as I envision you sitting there, still! Your ashes in your beautiful urn sit decorated with lights & a Santa hat...you'd love that! You taught me so many things, except how to live without you! I manage somehow & so does Mom. Someday we will all unite together. Your picture is on my lock screen so I see your pic dozens of times per day. I miss you, I love you & I hope heaven is that beautiful pain free place we all hope to gain entry into one day. Dad, life has just been empty without you. I never imagined what my life would be like without you in it. I dont like it at all! You were my rock, I thought you were invincible! I hate this new way of life! I have no choice but to be strong, just like you always were, fir Mom. Until we talk again....I hope all the doors & windows are working proper up there in heaven! I Love & Miss You a Ton! ❤ 🥺

To the family, my heartfelt condolences for your loss. Please find comfort in the knowledge that God promises to end all suffering. Before long, God will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and “death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”(Rev. 21:3,4). May this promise from God give you comfort now and a real hope for the future. My deepest sympathy.

My Dad was the biggest people person you could ever meet. He always had to talk & say Hi. He was also extremely funny, always goofing & joking around. He made people happy! Dad was generous too. He was happiest when his family around him were happy. My Dad simply was the best Dad anyone could have, let alone me. I was so fortunate to have him in my life for so many years. I am grateful for Dad & Mom living with me for just days under 6 years. I will always miss you Dad but you're Forever in my heart! I love you! Until we meet again ....keep em' all smiling up in heaven 🙂
