Kathy Resch, Age 69 , formerly of Antigo, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 21, 2018, at her home in Sussex, WI. Kathy was born in Shawano, WI on July 20, 1949 to the late Ben and Dorothy Hendricks. Kathy married Richard Resch, November 16, 1968. Richard passed away in 1971.
Kathy was a 1967 graduate of Antigo High School and went on to receive an Associates Degree in Business from North Central Technical College. She worked in retail in Antigo for a number of years. She raised her family in Antigo where she lived her entire life before moving to Sussex in 2017.
Kathy's great loves were her family and the Green Bay Packers.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Caree (Mark) Hoerman of Antigo; loving son, Craig (Sarah) Resch of Hartland; five loving grandchildren, Samantha (Mackenzie) Vander Velden, Makayla Hoerman, Alex, Megan, and Amber Resch; one great grandchild, Bowen, who is due shortly, mother is Makayla; her brother, Pete Hendricks, and Richard's loving and supportive family.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and Richard's parents (Alvin and Sylvia Resch), and one great grandchild David.
Private family burial for the immediate family will be held in the Queen of Peace Cemetery. A family gathering for extended family will be planned for a later day to celebrate Kathy.

Caree, Im so sorry to hear of your moms passing. She was like a second mom to me in high school. I will never forget all the times I would go hang out with her and chat, even when you werent home. Sending prayers and hugs to you. Again, Im so sorry, your mom was a wonderful lady. She helped me get through some tough times, just by being there for me.
so sorry to hear of Kathy's passing. I have many fond memories of her from Wal-mart. She always made me laugh.
I’m sorry for your loss your mom and I go way back I remember her and Nancy cernoh taking me out on my 18 th birthday your dad had to come and drive all of us home I also remember you Craig and carie over by the park in the green ranch your mom was a loving friend she’ll be missed hugs and prayers for all❤️❤️
