Steven J. Ayotte, of Deerbrook, died Monday, June 14, 2010 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. He was 43 years old. He was born on August 22, 1966 in Racine, WI a son of Noe John Jack and May Louise (Sauter) Ayotte. He married Sarah Rector on April 11, 1987 in Antigo. She survives.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling and spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife survivors include two daughters, Jackie (Donald Jr.) Jueck, Antigo and Brandy Servi, Antigo; his mother, May Louise; seven sisters, Patricia (Tim) Athinson, Racine, Jacki (Jim) Cariolano, Spooner, Carol Ayotte, Antigo, Robin Ayotte, Antigo, Candy (Duane) Behn, Aniwa, Lori (Keith) Rickert, Birnamwood and Susie (Tom) Resch, Birnamwood; two brothers, Jim (Sharon) Ayotte, Racine and David (Candy) Ayotte, White Lake; mother-in-law, Juanita Rector, Eland; two sisters-in-law, Gail (Mark) Doser, Antigo and Anita Randl (Mark Steckbauer), Birnamwood; five brothers-in-law, Robert Rector, Eland, Danny (Lisa) Rector, Wausau, Charles Rector, Antigo, Michael (Kelly) Rector, Merrill and William Billy (Tammy) Rector, Antigo; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Noe John Jack Ayotte; sister, Sherry White; brother, Mike Ayotte; father-in-law, Robert Rector; and brother-in-law, Richard Wayne Rector.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM at Bradley Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 AM until the service at the funeral home.
